Do you suffer with low self worth and poor self esteem? Do you know what it's like to spiral out of control and into painful long cycles of shame, panic and self doubt? Are you frequently hijacked by your punitive inner critic? Do you feel like you’re flat lining; sleepwalking through your days feeling empty, lost, overwhelmed and disconnected? If so, you are not alone.

Over the years, I have worked with thousands of women who've experienced life in a similar way. And the reason I came to this work? Because I know these states intimately and have been through my own heroine’s journey of healing, integration and transformation.

So now, it is my intention to help you transform your experience and begin to delight in yourself once again. Are you ready to live a life with more ease, confidence, deepened intuition and self belief? If its a yes, then welcome, you are in the right place…

With love,

Kate

How I can help

Hi, I’m Kate Merrick, an experienced embodied psychotherapist and transformational coach, dedicated to guiding women on their journey of healing and transformation. I specialize in the holistic treatment of developmental trauma and Post-Traumatic Growth, helping women reclaim their authentic selves. For over two decades, I have supported women who struggle with low self-esteem, feel stuck or unsatisfied, are burdened by shame, or are silenced by a harsh inner critic. I also work with women who feel disconnected from their bodies, their souls, have lost their authentic voice, or lack a sense of inner clarity and authority.

Many of the women I journey with have endured early developmental traumas and relational ruptures, as well as challenges in adulthood. I am here to help you gently tend to your wounds, transforming old hurts and pains - along with accompanying symptoms of anxiety, low self-esteem, and shame - into pathways for growth and self-discovery.

In our work together, it is my intention to help you cultivate self awareness, as well developing the tools and resources that you will need in order to heal and flourish. I invite you to see yourself with newfound clarity, allowing outdated thoughts and patterns to emerge and be released. Our self-perception is typically shaped by deep-seated beliefs formed in early childhood, as well as societal and cultural influences. Through therapy, we can unravel these unconscious beliefs, empowering you to rewrite your narrative and embrace new ways of thinking and experiencing yourself that truly serve your soul's journey.

My holistic approach weaves together talking, movement, touch, and sound, fostering the integration of mind, body, and spirit. This soulful practice strengthens your existing resources and cultivates new ones, guiding you toward a deeper sense of safety, satisfaction, connection, autonomy, and freedom.
