Reclaim Your Inner Peace: A 4-Week Psycho-Spiritual Embodied Journey to Transform Your Relationship with your Inner Critic

Are you tired of the relentless voice in your head telling you you're not enough? Do you feel trapped by self-doubt, overwhelmed by harsh self-judgment, or exhausted by the expectations and needs of others, with little to no capacity to hold your own space or attend to yourself?

If so, you’re certainly not alone.

Join a nurturing, supportive community of women on a 4-week journey designed to help you break free from the grip of your inner critic. Through psycho education, creative therapeutic practices, mindfulness and meditation, you’ll learn the basic building blocks of how to begin transforming your relationship with your inner critic, reclaiming your inner authority, embracing your worth and beginning to delight in yourself once again.

This Course Is for You If You:

  • Feel trapped in cycles of self-criticism, self attack and shame.

  • Struggle with low self-esteem and constant comparison to others.

  • Long to reconnect with your intuition, creativity, and inner strength.

  • Want to slow down and deepen into your own soulful presence

  • Crave a space to be seen, heard, and supported by other women on a similar journey.

What You’ll Experience:

Over the course of four insightful and transformational weeks, you’ll:

  1. Identify and Understand Your Inner Critic

    • Discover the many voices of your internal judge and what it tells you

    • Learn how it shows up in your body, when it shows up and why it persists

    2. Deepen into the Super Ego and its function

    • Discover the habitual embodied patterns, roles and core beliefs that keep you locked in the past

    • Understand these in relation to your upbringing, the culture and ancestral legacies

    3. Softening the Critical Voice

    • Cultivate compassion for yourself and the parts of you that feel judged and attacked.

    • Learn to disengage from your inner critic and build the necessary resources to help transform self-criticism into self-kindness.

    4. Reclaim Your Power and Inner Voice

    • Set firm boundaries with the inner critic and rewrite its harsh messages.

    • Awaken the empowered and protective parts of yourself that can support you to honor your true worth.

By the End of This Course, You Will:

  • Feel lighter, more confident, and connected to your true expression.

  • Replace harsh self-criticism with a gentle, supportive inner dialogue.

  • Trust your intuition and creativity, knowing you are enough just as you are.

  • Leave with tools and practices to sustain kindness and self-compassion in your daily life.

Course Details:

  • Duration: We will meet weekly for 4 weeks

  • Dates: Thursday evenings 6:45-9pm. 27th March, 3rd April, 10th April, 17th April 2025.

  • Venue: The Goddess Temple, Glastonbury.

  • Cost: Early bird £130 until March 10th. Full price £165.

  • Full refunds are available for requests made on or before March 10th, 2025. After this date or once the course begins, refunds will no longer be issued.

  • The course is open to women with an interest and a willingness to discover and challenge habitual patterns of self attack. Courage, compassion and curiosity are much needed qualities that we will draw upon for this exploration.
